Taarifa hiyo imeendelea kusema kuwa wenye
magari wote watatakiwa kutumia njia ya Kongowe
mpaka kivuko kitakapopona.
Amefafanua sababu ya wenye magari kuombwa
kutumia njia ya kongowe ni pamoja na kivuko
kutokuwa na uwezo wakusafirisha watu wengi
pamoja na mizigo mikubwa.
Wakati huo huo Jeshi la Wananchi wa Tanzania
(JWTZ) limetoa boti zake mbili kwa ajili ya kusaidia
kuvusha watu katika kivuko hicho cha Kigamboni.
Taarifa iliyotolewa na Jeshi la Wananchi wa
Tanzania Kurugenzi ya Habari na
Uhusiano,imesema boti hizo za Kamandi ya
wanamaji,Kigamboni zitafanya kazi mpaka kivuko
cha MV Magogoni kitakapopona.
“Kutoa huduma au msaada kwa wananchi ni
sehemu ya majukumu ya JWTZ ya msingi ya
kusaidia wananchi na mamlaka za kiraia pale
yanapotokea matatizo au majanga yanayohusu jamii
moja kwa moja.”Ilisema taarifa hiyo.
Boti hizo mbili za JWTZ zimekuwa zikivusha abiria
tangu Januari Mosi 2011 kati ya Kigamboni na
Magogoni ambapo zitaendelea kutoa huduma hiyo
hadi pantone ya “ MV Magogoni” kitakapokuwa
tayari kwa kazi hiyo.

REAL MADRID ARE THE CHAMPIONS FOR 11th TIME

Real Madrid are champions of Europe for the
11th time thanks to Cristiano Ronaldo’s decisive
fifth penalty following Juanfran's miss.
It will be that ubiquitous tanned torso on your
back pages in the morning, not the bald head of
Zizou. The two shared a few quiet words before
the second half of extra time; they both parted
with a smile and a laugh. They looked like two
old timers chatting at a bus stop. There is the
key to what Zidane has brought.
He has now played his part in the last three
Real Madrid European Cup victories. There was
that volley against Bayer Leverkusen in 2002,
he was assistant to Carlo Ancelotti in 2014
when Real claimed la Decima against Atletico
Madrid and now he has emerged from the
shadows of the Castilla team to claim the
European Cup as a coach in his own right.
There is a touch of Ancelotti about Zidane's
success and, in truth, a certain continuation of
the policies of Benitez. He has expertly blended
both for a new Real Madrid. The club may not
have a coherent strategy off the field but Zidane
is the carpet under which it all can be brushed.
Where the players loved Ancelotti, there was
only antipathy towards his successor. However,
by marrying the strands of Ancelotti's
management of people to Benitez's ideas of
giving balance to Madrid, Zidane has forged a
winning identity.
Benitez was whistled, booed and ridiculed for
putting Casemiro in the team at the expense of
James Rodriguez and Isco as starters. Zidane's
midfield plays in a similar manner to that which
his predecessor intended. Casemiro could have
given his team the lead here but the balance he
brought on the night was key throughout. The
experiment of playing Gareth Bale through the
middle has been dropped.
There is enough trust and affection in the
Frenchman from the players that he can
execute the job without the hostility the group
openly displayed towards Benitez. There is not
a tactical revolution around Santiago Bernabeu,
only things being done effectively, tasks being
carried out as they should.
Sure, Zidane has had his share of luck. To face
Roma, Wolfsburg and Manchester City in a run
of knockout matches is about as gentle a run to
the Champions League final as could be hoped
for, but Zidane and his charges got Real Madrid
over the line.
Their season was in turmoil when Rafa went
out. As recently as Gerard Pique's opening goal
in the Clasico, they were on the verge of being
13 points back in la Liga. Where Barcelona
flagged, Real built a head of steam and had the
finishing line been a little further away, they
probably would have caught their great rivals.
And nobody believed they would.
To look at a Madrid line-up pre-Christmas and
now, you would struggle to identify what exactly
is different. A cloud has lifted, everyone is
happier. Ronaldo and Bale defend with a sense
of pride and not simply obligation. The reward is
the richest prize in the game. Again.
Atletico Madrid’s history is littered with hard-
luck stories - from the 1974 final when they lost
in a replay to Bayern Munich to Lisbon two
seasons ago. And now it's happened again.
Their supporters, while hoping for the logical
success their wins over Barcelona and Bayern
should have granted, always feared Real in the
final. They are the team with the rabbit’s foot.
There is a Champions League destiny wedded
to the White Club, even more so with Zidane
involved.
Diego Simeone planned this one well and his
side were better on the night. But that doesn’t
count when the fates are against you and very
much with your opposite number.

Mourinho 'cannot wait' to start Man Utd job
Jose Mourinho has been officially confirmed as
Manchester United manager and has signed a
three-year contract.
He replaces Dutchman Louis van Gaal, who was
dismissed on Monday, two days after the club's FA
Cup win.
"Jose is quite simply the best manager in the game
today," said United executive vice-chairman Ed
Woodward.
Mourinho, 53, said: "To become Manchester United
manager is a special honour in the game. It is a
club known and admired throughout the world."
He said he had always "felt an affinity with Old
Trafford" and claimed he has "always enjoyed a
rapport with the United fans".
He added: "I'm looking forward to being their
manager and enjoying their magnificent support in
the coming years.
"There is a mystique and a romance about it which
no other club can match."
Mourinho has been out of work since being sacked
as boss of Premier League rivals Chelsea in
December.
"His track record of success is ideal to take the
club forward," said Woodward.
"He has won trophies and inspired players in
countries across Europe and, of course, he knows
the Premier League very well, having won three
titles here."

In an interview with MUTV, Mourinho said he is "in
the right moment" to succeed at United, adding the
"past three years" did not reflect the club's history.
Saturday's win brought United their first piece of
silverware since the retirement of Sir Alex
Ferguson in 2013.
"It is a giant club. It must be for the best
managers," he said. "I prefer to forget the past
three years and focus on the giant club I have in
my hands.
"I want to win. What the players need to do is listen.
I want to focus on the history of this giant club. I
will give everything to go in the direction we all
want."
"The most important thing is the players and my
relationship with them."
Mourinho said United fans had shown him
"empathy, no problems" on previous visits.
"I was pushed by that feeling to say things my
clubs were not happy with, like when I said the best
team lost when I won with Real Madrid," he added.

The Portuguese's appointment followed three days
of talks between his agent, Jorge Mendes, and
senior United officials.
He has already been linked with a move for Sweden
striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who played for him at
Inter Milan.
Ibrahimovic, who has decided to leave Paris St-
Germain, told reporters on Thursday that Mourinho
"is the man" to bring United "back to the top".

The BBC reported on Saturday, within an hour of
United's 2-1 win over Crystal Palace, that Van Gaal
would be sacked and replaced by Mourinho.
Talks, which started on Tuesday and were delayed
by negotiations over Mourinho's image rights, finally
concluded on Thursday.
As well as his three Premier Leagues, Mourinho
has led Real Madrid to the Spanish title in 2012, and
guided Porto and Inter Milan to Champions League
victories in 2004 and 2010 respectively.
However, he left the Blues in turmoil only seven
months after winning the Premier League title, with
the club 16th in the league, just one point above the
relegation zone, having accused some players of
"betraying" his work.

What next for Mourinho?
Mourinho's first match at Old Trafford will be on 5
June for Soccer Aid, managing an England team
against a Rest of the World side led by Leicester
boss Claudio Ranieri.
He will then come up against Guardiola, who takes
charge of Manchester City, during a pre-season
tournament in Beijing on 25 July.
Mourinho was manager of Real Madrid from 2010 to
2013, winning one La Liga title, while Guardiola was
coach of Barcelona.
"We will undoubtedly have fun," journalist Graham
Hunter told BBC Radio 5 live. "I hope we get the
quality of football, drama, theatre that we got then.

What about Ryan Giggs?
The future of assistant boss Ryan Giggs remains
uncertain, with the club not mentioning the 42-
year-old in their statement.
He is known to be unhappy at the way Van Gaal
was dismissed and is considering an offer to extend
his 29-year association with the club.
He has now passed over for the manager's job for
the second time.
Tactical analysis
Former Chelsea winger Pat Nevin:
"From the very start of his career in coaching he
has had this incredible self-belief, great knowledge
and incredible attention to detail, but also this ability
to think outside the box in a way some managers
don't.
"He's very willing to change things and adapt things
in more complex ways when he has to and when it
has to be simple, he will be simple.
"I have talked to him a few times about tactics.
This guy is on a different level completely. In one
game he made a number of changes within a three-
minute period that other managers would take three
games to do.
"He made radical changes that would not have even
entered the mind of most managers. He not only did
it, he did it with speed and they worked."

Deleting a sent WhatsApp picture
or video? You must take action

WhatsApp takes a few seconds to load your
media (photos and videos), and these are the
precious moments in which to take action and
stop the sending. Here’s how to do it:
Immediately turn off the cellular data and
Wi-Fi . The fastest way to block any internet
connection is by enabling airplane mode, which
can be reached easily from the notification bar
(both on iPhone and Android or any other
devices that have the notification bar).
After disabling the internet connection, you
should see a red exclamation point next to the
message if you did it on time. This indicates that
the message was blocked.
The next step is to click on the image to bring
up the pull-down menu and click on Delete . Just
one more click on Delete and the file will be
permanently canceled from WhatsApp,
without anyone reading it.
Remember, the key is the speed. Therefore, it is
good to keep in mind that the quickest way to
turn off the internet connection is with the
airplane mode. The method also works without
closing WhatsApp, as it is enough to disconnect
the phone from the Internet.

SECRET REVEALED : WHAT HOLD JOSE MORINHO BECOMING THE MAN UNITED MANAGER

Mourinho is still expected to be announced as
Manchester United manager this week
Negotiations over Jose Mourinho's image rights are
delaying him becoming the new Manchester United
manager.
Mourinho is expected to replace sacked Louis van
Gaal, with talks ongoing between his agent Jorge
Mendes and United officials.
But it has emerged that Chelsea still own the 'Jose
Mourinho' name as a trademark - meaning United
may need to pay a six-figure sum for the rights.
However, the issue will not scupper any deal, which
is expected this week.
Discussions will now enter a third day, despite the
deal to bring the 53-year-old former Chelsea boss
to Old Trafford being largely complete. On
Wednesday, Mourinho told waiting reporters at his
home in London that he was going to Portugal.
What is the hold-up?
Chelsea registered both the name Jose Mourinho
and his signature as a European trademark in 2005,
meaning they can use it to sell merchandise such
as toiletries, technology, clothing and jewellery.
Sports lawyer Carol Couse told BBC Sport it was
"really unusual" for an individual not to own the
trademark to their own name.
"Chelsea could be earning revenue every time
someone uses Mourinho's name. It could prevent
United from exploiting his signature," said Couse, of
law firm Mills & Reeve.
"One of the things United will be looking to acquire
is not only Mourinho's image but also his name.
"If United had a brand of Mourinho clothing it would
be in breach of the trademark Chelsea currently
own."
What are the possible solutions?
Mourinho cannot override the trademark, so the
options are:
United do not use Mourinho's name against the
exhaustive list of items that Chelsea have
registered - from umbrellas to watch straps,
lingerie and talcum powders.
United pay Chelsea for a licence so they can
use Mourinho's name on club merchandise
United ask Mourinho to buy the trademark
back
United challenge trademark if they can prove it
has not been used by Chelsea
"That would be pretty costly," said Couse, who
estimated the fee for a licence as "hundreds of
thousands of pounds".
"Look at the value of the deals that have been done
for Mourinho to date. What would be the value of a
Jose Mourinho watch?
"He has managed Inter and Real since then. They
have either acquired the rights from Chelsea or
managed the use of his name.
"If Chelsea didn't grant a licence, every time United
used Jose Mourinho's name in a commercial
capacity against those products, Chelsea could sue
Manchester United. I would suspect United would
rather just pay a licence fee."
Any other issues?
There is also potential conflict between Mourinho's
personal deals - such as his one with car
manufacturer Jaguar - and United's shirt sponsor
agreement with Chevrolet.
"I don't think that in itself would hold up any
negotiation," Couse explained. "A lot of world-class
players go to Manchester United with their own
personal deals. Mourinho's deals will be in a
personal capacity."
Couse said United cannot force Mourinho to drive a
Chevrolet car, for example, or wear Chevrolet
clothes outside of club capacity, but they could pay
him an incentive to buy out the Jaguar deal early.

Maana:
 Fasihi Simulizi ni nini?
Wataalamu mbalimbali wametoa maoni yao kuhusu maana ya FS. Miongoni mwao ni Finnegan (1970), Matteru 1979), Balisidya (1983), Okpewho (1992) na wengineowengi.
Ili kuweza kubaini maana ya FS ni vema kudurusu fasili zilizotolewa na wataalamu hawa. Lengo hasa ni kutaka kufahamu ubora na udhaifu wa fasili zao, hatimaye tuweze kuunda fasili muafaka zaidi kuhusu maana ya FS. *. F.S yaweza kuelezwa kwamba, hutegemea msaniiambaye huiumba kwa maneno katika tukio maalum (Finnegan, 1970) *. Ni fasihi inayotegemea mdomo ktk kutolewa na kuenezwa kwake… (M.L.Matteru, 1979) *.

Ni aina ya fasihi ambayo hutumia mdomo katika kuumbwa, kuwasilishwa na kusambazwa kwa waasikilizaji na watumiaji waake (Balisidya, 1983) *. F.S humaanisha fasihi itolewayo kwa neno la mdomo… (Okpewho, 1992) *. F.S ni kazi ya sanaa inayotumia lugha kazi hii ya sanaa huhifadhiwa kwa kichwa na kusambazwa kwa njia ya masimulizi ya mdomo… (M.Msokile, 1992) *. Ni fasihi inayotungwa au kubuniwa kichwani na kuwasilishwa kwa hadhira kwa njia mdomo na vitendobila kutumia maandishi (Mulokozi, 1996) *. Neno F.S linamaanisha hadithi za jadi, nyimbo, mashairi, vitendawili na methali ambavyo hutolewa kwa neno la mdomo (Bukenya na Wenzake, 1997) *. Sanaa hii iitwayo Fasihi, inaweza kuhifadhiwa kwa njia kuu mbili: kwa njia ya mdomo na kimaandishi. Ainaya kwanza, ambayo tunajihusisha nayo katika sehemu ya kwanza inajulikana kama F.S (Wamitila, 2003).

Fasili hizi hazigusii lolote kuhusu matumizi ya nyenzo za sayansi na teknolojia katika kubuni, kutongoa na kuhifadhi sanaa husika. Nyenzo kama vile, Radio, Video, DVD, VCD, Televisheni, Kompyuta na Wavuti….. kwa sasa zinatumika katika kutolea na kurekodia tanzu za F.S kamavile hadithi……
Katika F.S fanani na hadhira huwapo ana kwa ana: dhana ya kuwapo ana kwa ana pia inahitaji mjadala(uwezekano wa kuwa na ainambalimbali za hadhira)

UAINISHAJI WA TANZU ZA FASIHI SIMULIZI Utata umekuwa ukijitokeza katika uanishaji na ugawaji wa tanzu na vipera vya FS. Utata huu unatokea kutokana na kutofautiana kwa vigezo vinavyotumiwa na wataalamu mbalimbali katika ugawaji huu, kwani kila mtaalamu hutumia vigezovyake kulingana na matakwa ama mtazamo wake.

maisha yake na huathri, hugusa au huacha athari
fulanina hupatikana katika umbo ambalo
linatambuliwa na jamii Fulani.
Kwakuwa fasihi ni aina ya sanaa, ni vyema
mwanafunzi akajua pia maana ya sanaa.

kuleta manufaa kwa uma.

Tunaposema umbo la sanaa tunamaanisha matawi
yanayojenga sanaa. Matawi hayo nipamoja na;
Fasihi, maonyesho, ususi, uhunzi, ufumaji, utarizi,
uchongaji, ufinyanzi, uchoraji na muziki.

Katika kumbo ya fasihi na taaluma zake kuna aina
kuu mbili za fasihi, ambazo ni;

TOFAUTI KATI YA FASIHI
SIMULIZI NA FASIHI ANDISHI
Namna ya uwasilishaji wake. Fasihi simulizi
huwasilishwa kwa njia yam domo wakati fasihi
andishi uwasilishwa kwa njia ya maandishi.
Mabadiliko. Fasihi simulizi huweza kupokea
mabadiliko ya papo kwa papo wakati fasihi andishi
hurekebishwa baada ya toleo jipya.
Utendaji wake kwa hadhira na fanani. Hadhira na
fanani katika fasihi simulizi huwa ni yakiutendaji,
wasikilizaji wanaweza kuchangia mawazo kwa
kutoa maoni, kuuliza maswali au kushadadia
masimulizi ya fanani. Fasihi andishi hadhira
hawawezi kuchangia lolote.
Ukongwe. Fasihi simulizi niyazamani zaidi, ilianza
wakati mwanadamu alipoanza kutumia mdomo
katika mawasiliano. Fasihi andishi ilianza pindi
maandishi yalipobuniwa.
Vidato na elimu. Fasihi simulizi haiitaji mtu ajue
kusoma ama kuandika, inamuhitaji mtu mwenye
uwezo wa kuzungumza. Fasihi andishi inamhitaji
mtu anayejua kuandika na kusoma.
Umiliki. Fasihi simulizi inamilikiwa na jamii nzima
wakati fasihi andishi humilikiwa na mwandishi
aliyeandika na kupiga chapa kazi hiyo.
Idadi ya tanzu. Fasihi simulizi inatanzu nyingi
zaidi kuliko fasihi andishi.
Kuhifadhi. Hapo kale fasihi simulizi ilihifadhiwa
kichwani, kwa sasa fasihi simulizi yaweza
kuhifadhiwa katika vinasa sauti, kaseti na santuri.
Fasihi andishi yenyewe huifadhi wake ni kwa njia
ya maandishi.
Mwingiliano wa tanzu kwa kiasi. Fasihi simulizi
huweza kuingiliwa kwa kiasi kikubwa na tanzu
nzingine kama vile methali, vitendawili, nyimbo na
nahau wakati fasihi andishi huweza kuingiliwa na
tanzu nyingine kwa kiasi kidogo.

Ili msimuliaji aweze kutongoa au kusimulia hadithi
kwa usahihi inampasa awe na weledi wa kutosha
juu ya mbinu za kusimulia hadithi. Mbinu hozo ni
hizi;

Dhima na maudhui
Msimuliaji wa hadithi anapaswa kujua lengo kuu
(dhima) la hadithi yake. Vilevile msimuliaji
anapaswa kujua maudhui ambayo ni jumla ya
mambo yote yanayopelekea hadithi kutiririka vizuri
kwenye mkondo wake.
B)
Msuko
Msuko wa matukio kwa jina jingine unafahamika
kama muundo. Kipengele hiki cha muundo
kinahusu mpangilio wa hadithi kuanzia mwanzo
mpaka mwisho.
C)
Kusisimua
Kusisimua ni mbinu inayovuta umakini kwa watu.
Msimuliaji anaweza kutumia mbinu kadhaa
zitakazo msisimusha msomaji, mbinu kama vile
taharuki, miguno na kelele za kutisha.
D)
Urudufishaji
Huu ni urudiaji rudiaji katika fasihi simulizi. Mara
nyingi msimuliaji anashauriwa kurudia rudia
maneno, falsafa, nahau au vitendawili vilivyobeba
lengo kuu la hadithi yake.
E)
Chombezo
Chombezo ni kipengele kidogo kinacho elezwa na
mtambaji wa hadithi chenye lengo la kupunguza
ukakasi ama ukalia ama vitisho vilivyotokana na
maudhui ya hadithi Fulani.
F)
Nyimbo
Nyimbo zina kazi nyingi katika masimulizi ya
hadithi. Moja wapo ya matumizi hayo ni kama vile
kuondoa uchovu kwa wasikilizaji, kuvuta usikivu,
kuwakaririsha hadhira falsafa au lengo kuu la
hadithi hiyo.

Fani inavipengele vingi, kila kipengele kina husika
kipekee kwa kutofautiana na kipengele kingine.
Vipengele vya fani
ni pamoja na;
a) Muundo
Kipengele hiki hutumiwa kueleza mpangilio wa kazi
ya kifasihi. Kwa ufupi kwenye kipengele cha
muundo tunaangalia umbo la kazi ya fasihi, mfano
kazi yaweza kugawanywa katika sura mbalimbali,
sura hizi ndizo ujenga muundo.
b) Mtindo
Williady (2015) mtindo ni mbinu za kipekee
zinazomtofautisha msanii mmoja na mwingine.
Mfano katika fasihi simulizi kipengele cha nyimbo
hadhira inaweza kusikia wimbo kwa mara ya
kwanza na kutambua wimbo huo umeimbwa na
nani bila ya kuambiwa na mtangazaji, hii huweza
kutokea pindi mwimbaji mashuhuri anayetumia
mtindo wa peke yake katika sauti na mpangilio wa
mashairi anapotoa wimbo mpya. Huu ndio huitwa
mtindo. Katika fasihi andishi mtindo unaweza
kujitokeza kwa njia za kipekee za mtunzi katika
matumizi ya lugha, methali na misemo, msuko na
mpangilio wa vina na mizani katika ushairi.
c) Mandhari
Williady (2015) Mandhari ni eneo au mazingira ya
kweli au yakubuni ambayo hutumiwa na mwandishi
katika kuwajenga wahusika na uhusika wao.
d) Matumizi ya
Lugha
Williady (2015) Matumizi ya lugha ni ustadi wa
msanii katika kutumia lugha itakayoleta mvuto kwa
wasomaji au wasikilizaji wa kazi ya fasihi.
Katika kutumia lugha msanii lazima azingatie
kipengele cha uteuzi wa maneno yanayoendana na
hadhira yake, maneno hayo ndiyo yatakayoleta
mfungamanisho katika ya msanii, hadhira na
ujumbe uliokusudiwa.
e) Matumizi ya
tamathali za semi(usemi)
Williady (2015) Tamathali maanayake ni neon moja
au kifungu cha maneno kilicho sukwasukwa na
kufichwa maana.

zote kwa wakati mmoja. Mfano wa mbinu hizo ni
pamoja na;

lakabu, nahau na misemo
e) Wahusika
Williady (2015) wahusika ni viumbe hai au viumbe
ambao si hai wanaobebeshwa majukumu na
msanii ili kuwafikishia hadhira ujumbe
uliokusudiwa.
MAUDHUI KATIKA
FASIHI SIMULIZI
(williady: 2015) Maudhui ni jumla ya mawazo
anayoyazungumzia msanii au mtunzi katika kazi ya
fasihi.
Maudhui hujumuisha vipengele mbalimbali, kama
vile;Dhamira, ujumbe, falsafa, mafunzo, migogoro
na mtazamo.
TANBIHI: Kuna baadhi ya wataalamu wa lugha
wanakiweka kipengele cha migogoro upande wa
fani na kunabaadhi wanakiweka kipengele hiki
upande wa maudhui. Mimi nakiweka upande wa
maudhui kwa kuwa migogoro inabeba kwa kiasi
kikubwa ujumbe kuliko ufundi.
DHAMIRA
Dhamira ni shabaha kuu ya mtunzi wa kazi ya
fasihi. Shabaha hii ukusudiwa ni nani wakumlenga
nayo. Msanii anaweza kuwalenga kimaudhui
watoto, wanawake, wasomi au watu wote katika
jamii. Shabaha hii yaweza kuandikwa au
kutongolewa kwa mdomo ikiwa na lengo la
kupongeza, kuhimiza, kushauri, kutoa taarifa na
kukosoa.
UJUMBE
Ujumbe ni mawazo yanayotokana na dhamira,
mawazo haya yaweza kujitokeza waziwazi au kwa
kificho.
FALSAFA
Falsafa ni hekima hekima ya mtunzi. Mtunzi
huamini kuwa kupitia imani hii jamii inaweza
kupata suluhisho la matatizo yanayowakabili. Kwa
mfano shekhe Shaaban Robert aliamini kuwa kila
mwanajamii akiwa na utu basi haki na upendo
vitapatikana kirahisi.
MAFUNZO
Mafunzo ni nasaha anazotoa mtunzi ambazo
huifundisha hadhira maadili Fulani. Maana ya
mafunzo hutegemea namna hadhira inavyofasili
nasaha hizo.
MIGOGORO
Migogoro ni misuguano au mikinzano ama
kutoelewana kati ya pande mbili au zaidi ndani ya
kazi za fasihi.

JIPYA KUHUSU JUMUIYA YA AFRIKA MASHARIKI-EAC

Alama za Jumuia ya Afrika Mashariki ikiwemo
Bendera na wimbo maalumu zitaanza kutumika
katika taasisi na idara za serikali za nchi
wanachama.
Hatua hiyo ni utekelezaji wa mkataba wa
uanzishwaji wake.
Kwa mujibu wa Mkuu wa Kitengo cha Mawasiliano
serikalini wa Wizara ya mambo ya Nje na
Ushirikiano wa Afrika Mashariki nchini Tanzania,
Mindi Kasiga, kuanzia ngazi ya chini kwenye
serikali za mitaa ambako bendera ya taifa inapepea
ni lazima ya jumuia hiyo iwepo.
Aidha amesema pia kwenye shughuli rasmi za
serikali, wimbo wa taifa unapoimbwa ni lazima pia
wa Afrika mashariki uimbwe pia.
Jumuia ya Afrika Mashariki inaundwa na nchi
ambazo ni Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya Burundi,
Rwanda, Sudan Kusini.

 Materials could obviously be cassettes, videos, CD-Roms, dictionaries, grammar books, readers, workbooks or photocopied exercises. They could also be newspapers, food packages, photographs, live talks by invited native speakers, instructions given by a teacher, tasks written on cards or discussions between learners.
 In other words, they can be anything which is deliberately used to increase the learners’ knowledge and/or experience.
Keeping this pragmatic concept of materials in mind can help materials developers to utilise as many sources of input as possible and, even more importantly, can help teachers to realise that they are also material developers and that they are ultimately responsible for the materials that their learners use.
 Instructional material control the learning and teaching, because those materials determine the components and method of learning; they control the content, the method, and procedures of learning.
In many cases, instructional materials are the center of instruction and one of the most important influences on what goes on in the classroom.
B. Materials Development  Materials development refers to anything which is done by writers, teachers or learners to provide sources of language input and to exploit those sources in ways which maximise the likelihood of intake: in other words the supplying of information about and/or experience of the language in ways designed to promote language learning. Materials developers might write textbooks, tell stories, bring advertisements into the classroom, express an opinion, provide samples of language use or read a poem aloud.
Whatever they do to provide input they do so in principled ways related to what they know about how languages can be effectively learned.
The Function of Instructional Materials There are five functions what materials suppose to do. They should: 
1. Act as a stimulus to learning (e.g. texts are interesting; there are opportunities for learners to use their existing knowledge and skills; both teacher and learners can cope with the content);

2. Help to organize the teaching learning process (e.g there should be a clear and coherent structure which helps the teacher to plan lessons and learners to feel a sense of progress and achievement, but the structure should not be so rigid that monotony results.

3. Embody a view of the nature of teaching and learning (i.e. reflects the beliefs of the writer) 
4. Reflect the nature of the learning task – in this case, language learning (i.e. represent the complexity of language learning but also its manage ability) 
5. Provide models of correct and appropriate language use.
Instructional Media A medium (plural media) is a channel of communication, derived from the Latin word meaning “between”. The term refers to anything that carries information between a source and a receiver. Definition of media focus on use of technologies plus concepts and contexts.

Medias are the means for transmitting or delivering messages and in teaching-learning perspective delivering content to the learners, to achieve effective instruction.
Instructional media for learning- teaching process provide with the tools to engage learners powerfully in the learning process. It greatly enhance the effectiveness of communication.

If it is properly designed, skillfully produced and effectively used have great influence on teaching & learning because it produces impact of: 
 • Save time
 • Increase interest
 • Hold attention
 • Clarify ideas 
 • Reinforce concepts 
 • Add tone
 • Prove a point
 • Aid memory














Media can be used effectively in formal situation where students are working independently or teacher is working with other group of students.
Media play a significant role in the education of students with exceptionalities children with disabilities in particular need special instructional treatment which is supplemented with adaptation and specially designed media for effective instruction of such students.
The most common use of media in an instructional situation is for supplemental support of the instructor in the classroom to enhance learning.
Every application of media is somewhat unique, but in any case it must be guided by both general principles of learning and the context in which these principles are employed.
For the instructional use of media programs are designed intentionally to make the teaching-learning environment more interesting and effective.

The Function of media in Language Teaching The impact use of media may increase by applying the following principles 

Select material with appropriate attributes 

Introduce material to learner by relating it to prior learning and indicating its relationship to present objectives

 Present material under the best possible environmental conditions. Get feedback from viewers/learners. 

Evaluate interial impact.






The teacher can make more effective use of media if he/she understand underlying concepts about teaching- learning process.
Behaviorists stress external control over a learner’s behavior, so specify behavioral (performance) objectives; instructional design and media are highly structured.
While cognitivists stress internal or learner control over mental process, so specify cognitive objectives, allow learners to employ their own cognitive strategies. Instructional design and media is less structured.
Teaching and learning are considered complex processes, influenced by different multiple factors, including use of media or instructional aids, which results active involvement of learners and makes teaching more interactive.
  The importance of interactive learning or academic engagement is reflected from the following quote from Killen Roy. “Instructional activities must be arranged so that students have appropriate opportunities to engage in meaningful learning (as opposed to rote learning). Academic engagement will be evident when students are on task, focused on important issues and consciously striving to learn. Students need to be seriously engaged in learning in order to achieve deep understanding. Academic engagement is closely linked to students commitment and motivation and to the nature of interactions within classroom social systems”.

In order to make the learning experiences of the learners more concrete and realistic, teachers has to use and prepare specific teaching materials. These instructional gadgets help teachers to clarify, establish and correlate concepts of learners

It also helps to teach abstract concepts in a meaningful way 
“Teaching aids certainly amplify teacher effortful presentation more into influencing instructions. The use of variety of teaching aids has successfully transformed most classrooms from traditional setup, where teachers do most of the talking and students are passive listeners, into participatory learning centers facilitating productive learning”.

Ushindi wake umepunguza uhusiano wa taifa hilo na utawala wa Beijing.
China inadai kuwa Taiwan ni Mamlaka yake na kutokana na hatua ya sasa ya Taiwan na hata wakati wa Uchaguzi,China imeonekana kutokubalianana Taiwan.
Tsai anakabiliwa na changamoto za kiuchumi na kushuka kwa mapato yatokanayo na usafirishaji wa bidhaa nje.

TANZIA



Ulimwengu wa soka umepotelewa na mchezaji Patrick Ekeng raia wa Cameroon.
Patrick Ekeng,26 aliyekuwa akiicheza soka la kulipwa katika klabu ya Dinamo Bucharest nchini Romania alipatwa na umauti baada ya kuanguka uwanjani dakika ya 70 akiitumikia klabu yake hiyo.

Taarifa za kifo chake zilithibitishwa masaa mawili baada ya kufikishwa hospitali. Chama cha soka cha Cameroon kimeelezwa kusikitishwa na taarifa hzo kupitia ukurasa wake wa tweeter.

Patrick amekuwa mchezaji wa pili Mkameroon kufia uwanjani baada ya nguli MARC VIVIAN FOE kupoteza maisha akiichezea nchi yake dhidi ya Colombia kwenye mashindano ya mabingwa wa mabara nchini Ufaransa mwaka 2003.
